CUSTOMER SERVICE

AultComp MCO is dedicated to providing friendly and personal customer service. AultComp MCO provides written, telephonic, electronic and/or on-site claim review, reporting and educational services to employers assigned to our managed care organization (MCO).
  • Our established normal business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. During these hours, the AultComp MCO service center is available to take calls and answer your questions.

  • 24-hour access by way of an after-hours message system. Messages are reviewed first thing the next business day and transferred to the appropriate staff member based on employer assignment and nature of call.

  • 24-hour toll-free telephone access: 1-888-738-5800.

  • Our employer account representative is available at 330-830-4919 or 888-738-5800 to assist with your company needs.

  • Pharmacy benefits are handled through the BWC and a separate pharmacy benefit manager. Pharmacy questions should be directed to the BWC’s pharmacy benefit manager at 1-800-OHIO-BWC, (1-800-644-6292), follow the prompts.

  • Customized reporting services available to employers based on your needs .

  • Claims Representatives available to answer communications from providers, employers and injured workers regarding return to work services, disability management, treatment requests, billing and questions or concerns regarding other services. The customer service representative will refer calls to specific areas of AultComp MCO for further discussion on specific cases, as needed.

  • Representative(s) available for on-site visits or claims reviews.
